Artichoke dip


 Artichoke dip recipe in the appetizer category

 Recipe ingredients:

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped up
  • 5 scallions, chopped
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1, 8 ounces, whipped cream cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup muenster cheese

 Recipe method:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease small baking dish.
  • In medium bowl combine all ingredients.
  • Place in greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with crackers.
