Barbecue mini meatballs
Barbecue mini meatballs recipe in the appetizer category
Recipe ingredients:
- 2 pounds chopmeat
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup italian bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup beer
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil
Recipe method:
- Blend all ingredients together except oil.
- Make meatballs about the width of a quarter.
- You can either fry them on top of the stove or bake them in the oven with the remaining barbecue sauce.
- If you fry them heat them for 5 to 10 minutes in the oven in the remaining barbecue sauce.
