Recipe ingredients

• 24 mushrooms, cleaned and stemed
• 4 large baking potatoes
• 1, 8 ounces, whipped cream cheese
• 1 cup finely chopped shrimp
• 1/2 stick of butter
• 1 teaspoon salt

How to make mashed potato stuffed mushrooms

• Bake potatoes in microwave for 12 minutes.
• Let cool and scoop out the potato.
• In medium bowl combine potato, cream cheese, shrimp, butter and salt.
• Blend well.
• Spoon mixture into mushrooms and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 325 degrees F.
