English muffin crab cakes recipe



Recipe for english muffin crab cakes in our easy appetizer recipes collection.

Recipe ingredients

  • 8 whole english muffins
  • 2, 6 ounces, cans crabmeat
  • 2 tablespoons mayonaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1, 16 ounces, package shredded meunster cheese

How to make english muffin crab cakes

  • Split english muffins and bake on cookie sheet for 10 to 15 minutes or until turning slightly brown.
  • In medium bowl combine remaining ingredients.
  • Blend well.
  • Remove english muffins from oven and place spoonfuls of crabmeat mixture on top of muffins.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  • If you have extra mixture, place in small baking dish and bake for 10 minutes and serve with crackers.
