Chickpeas in oil recipe

Recipe ingredients

• 1 cup cooked or canned chickpeas
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin, as desired
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, as desired
• 1/2 cup pine nuts, fried
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed with a dash of salt

How to make chickpeas in oil

• Drain warm chickpeas. Put in a bowl.
• Mix with garlic, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, cinnamon and melted butter.
• Garnish with pine nuts and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin and olive oil.
• Serve with tomatoes and green onions.
