• 1 cup cooked fava beans or canned fava beans
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 3 cloves garlic crushed with 1 teaspoon salt, as desired
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
• 1/2 cup olive oil

How to make dried fava beans in oil

• Drain warm fava beans. Put in a bowl.
• Mix garlic, lemon juice and 1/2 quantity of oil.
• Add to beans and mix well.
• Garnish with parsley and olive oil.
• Serve with spring onions and tomatoes.
