Grilled pigeons
Grilled pigeons recipe in the arab category
Recipe ingredients:
- 8 pigeons, each 500 g, 16 oz, cleaned
- Melted butter
- 1 tablespoon salt, as desired
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
Recipe method:
- Rub pigeons inside and out with salt and pepper.
- Brush with butter.
- Place in an oven tray.
- Bake in a moderate heat oven till tender and browned for about 45 minutes.
- Serve hot with Hummus bi-tahini.
