Recipe ingredients

• 1 1/4 tiny Arabic coffee cup of water
• 1/2 teaspon sugar, according to taste
• 1 teaspoon ground coffee mixed with ground cardamom

How to make turkish coffee

• Put water in a kettle over medium heat, add sugar, coffee and keep stirring till mixture boils.
• Reduce heat and keep boiling by moving kettle on and off for 1 minute.
• Serve hot.
