English muffin loaf recipe in the bread category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 package active dry yeast or 1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Recipe method:
- Place all in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer.
- Process on the Basic Wheat cycle, Light crust setting.
