Nut cake recipe in the cake category
Recipe ingredients:
- 4 cusp chopped pecans
- 2, 8 ounces, boxes chopped dates
- 2, 7 ounces, cans coconut
- 2, 14 ounces, cans sweetened condensed milk
Recipe method:
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
- Add a little water if mixture seems dry.
- Heavily grease a 10 inch cast iron skillet and pour in mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
- Let cool before flipping it out of pan.
