• Juice of 4 oranges
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 grated orange rind

 Recipe method:

• Beat eggs.
• Add sugar and flour.
• Then add juices and butter.
• Cook until thick.
• Add rind and let cool.
