Peanut butter frosting recipe in the cake category
Recipe ingredients:
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 4 cups confectioners sugar
- 4 to 5 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
Recipe method:
- In medium bowl, combine butter and peanut butter.
- Blend with mixer on low speed 1 to 2 minutes until fluffy.
- Add confectioners sugar and continue beating.
- Add milk a little at a time until desired consistency.
- Frost cake and sprinkle with chocolate chips and peanuts.
