Plum cake
Plum cake recipe in the cake category
Recipe ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg or cloves
- 2, 4 3/4 ounces, jars baby food plums
- 3 eggs
Recipe method:
- Dump everything into a large bowl and mix well.
- Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan for one hour at 350 degrees F.
