Recipe ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 3 eggs, beaten with mixer
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple, with juice
- 1 1/2 cups chopped bananas
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
Recipe method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease and flour the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Mix together the oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract.
- Sift the dry ingredients.
- Add to mixture.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 48 minutes.
