Whipped fruit filling
Whipped fruit filling recipe in the cake category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups pared, grated apple, peach or mashed berries
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 egg whites
- Zest of 1 lemon
Recipe method:
- Mix all together.
- Beat until very stiff.
- Use between layers.
- Can also be used on top of cake.
