Whipped gelatin icing
Whipped gelatin icing recipe in the cake category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained well
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 small box gelatin, any flavor desired
- 1 pint whipping cream
Recipe method:
- Boil pineapple, water and sugar for 5 minutes.
- Add gelatin.
- Stir well.
- Set aside.
- Let cool until starting to gel.
- Beat whipping cream.
- Stir the gelatin mixture into the whipped cream.
