Campfire clam chowder


 Campfire clam chowder recipe in the camping category

 Recipe ingredients:

  • 1 package Knorr Swiss Leek soup mix
  • 2/3 cup instant potatoes
  • 2/3 cup powdered milk
  • 5 cups water
  • 1, 6 ounces, can chopped or minced clams, including juice
  • Bacon bits, optional

 Recipe method:

  • Mix all ingredients except bacon bits and bring to a boil.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes or until done.
  • Sprinkle bacon bits on top, if desired.
