Campfire clam chowder
Campfire clam chowder recipe in the camping category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1 package Knorr Swiss Leek soup mix
- 2/3 cup instant potatoes
- 2/3 cup powdered milk
- 5 cups water
- 1, 6 ounces, can chopped or minced clams, including juice
- Bacon bits, optional
Recipe method:
- Mix all ingredients except bacon bits and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 5 minutes or until done.
- Sprinkle bacon bits on top, if desired.
