Hobo onion
Hobo onion recipe in the camping category
Recipe ingredients:
- Large onion
- 1/4 cup, 1/2 stick, butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Recipe method:
- Score onion across the the top several times and place in aluminum foil.
- Put butter, salt and pepper on top of onion and close the foil securely.
- Set directly in the fire and cook approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
- Unwrap and enjoy.
