Peanut butter crispy treats recipe in the candy category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1 cup light Karo corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Recipe method:
- Butter a 13 x 9 inch pan.
- In a large saucepan over a low flame, heat and stir together the corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter. Stir constantly.
- Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add Rice Krispies cereal.
- Toss to coat well.
- Press into pan.
- Cool and cut into squares.
