Pineapple candy
Pineapple candy recipe in the candy category
Recipe ingredients:
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
- 24 marshmallows
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups broken pecans
Recipe method:
- Boil sugar with pineapple until it forms a hard ball in water, 235 degrees F.
- Remove from heat and beat well.
- Add marshmallows, salt and vanilla extract and beat until cool.
- Stir in nuts.
- Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper.
