Maple syrup jelly recipe in the canning category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups pure maple syrup
- 1 bottle liquid fruit pectin
Recipe method:
- Place lemon juice in medium bowl.
- Add maple syrup and fruit pectin.
- Stir well.
- Pour into 2, 8 ounces, sterilized jelly jars.
- Cover at once with lids.
- Let stand at room temperature for 3 days to set.
