Maple syrup jelly


 Maple syrup jelly recipe in the canning category

 Recipe ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups pure maple syrup
  • 1 bottle liquid fruit pectin

 Recipe method:

  • Place lemon juice in medium bowl.
  • Add maple syrup and fruit pectin.
  • Stir well.
  • Pour into 2, 8 ounces, sterilized jelly jars.
  • Cover at once with lids.
  • Let stand at room temperature for 3 days to set.
