Peach chutney


 Peach chutney recipe in the canning category

 Recipe ingredients:

  • 5 pounds peaches
  • 1 package golden raisins
  • 3 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pint vinegar
  • 4 ounces preserved ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon cloves

 Recipe method:

  • Mix all together in a large kettle.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Cook about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Pour chutney into sterile jars and seal.
