Peach chutney
Peach chutney recipe in the canning category
Recipe ingredients:
- 5 pounds peaches
- 1 package golden raisins
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 pint vinegar
- 4 ounces preserved ginger
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cloves
Recipe method:
- Mix all together in a large kettle.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cook about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Pour chutney into sterile jars and seal.
