Baked chile cheese corn
Baked chile cheese corn recipe in the casserole category
Recipe ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh corn kernels or frozen, thawed and drained
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 1, 7 ounces, can diced green chiles
- 2 teaspoons chile powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
Recipe method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Butter 1 1/2 quart baking dish or cast iron skillet.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Transfer to prepared dish.
- Bake until bubbling, about 30 minutes.
