Lake havasu casserole
Lake havasu casserole recipe in the casserole category
Recipe ingredients:
- 4 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1, 10 ounce, package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup green chile, chopped
- 1 cup Colby cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe method:
- Combine all ingredients except the cheese in a well greased glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
- Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 20 minutes.
