Liver casserole


 Liver casserole recipe in the casserole category

 Recipe ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound liver
  • Flour
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 soup can milk or water
  • 1 can french fried onion rings

 Recipe method:

  • Cut liver into 1 1/2 x 2 inch strips.
  • Flour, season and brown.
  • Mix remaining ingredients and place in a casserole.
  • Place liver on top.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or more.
