Party ham ring
Party ham ring recipe in the christmas category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups ham, cooked and diced
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1/4 cup parsely, chopped
- 3 tablespoons green onion, chopped
Recipe method:
- Soften gelatin in water in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Blend in sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Chill until thickened. Whip until fluffy.
- Fold in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into 5 1/2 cup ring mold.
- Chill until firm.
