Zucchini cookies
Zucchini cookies recipe in the christmas category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening or Oleo
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup raisins
Recipe method:
- Mix together zucchini, baking soda, sugar, shortening and eggs.
- Sift in flour, cinnamon, clovers and salt.
- Stir to blend well.
- Stir in nuts and raisins.
- Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in 350 degrees F oven.
