Spritz cookies recipe in the cookie category
Recipe ingredients:
- 2 cup sifted all purpose flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
Recipe method:
- Sift together flour and sugar in large bowl.
- Make a well in center and into this drop egg yolks, butter and extract.
- Mix into a smooth dough with fingertips.
- Force dough through cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheets into shapes.
- Decorate with your favorite candy sprinkles
- Bake in moderate oven 375 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
