Honey mustard baked chicken recipe in the crockpot category
Recipe ingredients:
- 3 pounds chicken, pieces
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup mustard, Dijon
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
Recipe method:
- Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken pieces in shallow baking pan, skin side up.
- Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt and curry powder and mix well.
- Pour over chicken and bake 1-1/4 hours, basting every 15 min, until chicken is tender and nicely browned.
