Fried rice recipe in the curry category
Recipe ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable ghee
- 1/2 small onion finely chopped
- 1 cup basmati rice
Recipe method:
- Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the onion until just beginning to brown.
- Warm the rice and add to the pan.
- Toss around in the pan for 1 minute or 2.
- Serve immediately.
