Thai noodles
Thai noodles recipe in the curry category
Recipe ingredients:
- 250 g. packet medium egg noodles
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon peeled and finely grated galangal
- 2 bird’s eye red chillies, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh holy basil
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh coriander
- 1 lime, juice only
- 1 teaspoon clear honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Recipe method:
- Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions.
- In a large bowl mix together the remaining ingredients.
- Drain and toss the noodles in the thai mixture.
- Serve.
