Thai noodles


 Thai noodles recipe in the curry category

 Recipe ingredients:

  • 250 g. packet medium egg noodles
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon peeled and finely grated galangal
  • 2 bird’s eye red chillies, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh holy basil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 lime, juice only
  • 1 teaspoon clear honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

 Recipe method:

  • Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions.
  • In a large bowl mix together the remaining ingredients.
  • Drain and toss the noodles in the thai mixture.
  • Serve.
