Coffee liqueur pecan fudge recipe

Recipe for coffee liqueur pecan fudge in the fudge recipes category.



 Recipe ingredients:

  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups, 12 ounces, semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate baking bars, coarsely chopped
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
  • 1/8 teaspoon chocolate extract


 Recipe method:

  • In large bowl, combine marshmallows, morsels and unsweetened chocolate.
  • In 2 quart saucepan, combine evaporated milk, sugar and butter.
  • Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Pour over marshmallow mixture, stir until marshmallows and chocolate completely melted and mixture is smooth.
  • Stir in nuts and liqueur and chocolate extract.
  • Pour into buttered 8 inch square baking pan. Cool.
  • Chill until firm.
