Cream cheese fudge
Cream cheese fudge recipe in the fudge category
Recipe ingredients:
- 4, 1 ounce, squares unsweetened chocolate
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 4 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 to 2 cups pecans or walnuts, or however many you prefer
Recipe method:
- Melt chocolate in microwave, then cool to room temperature.
- With cream cheese at room temperature, mix cream cheese with chocolate.
- Add confectioners sugar and vanilla extract.
- Pat into an 8 or 9 inch pan.
- Refrigerate a couple of hours before cutting.
- If you want a peanut butter flavor, add 1/2 cup peanut butter and increase sugar to 5 cups.
