Creamy 7 minute fudge recipe in the fudge category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1, 13 ounces, Hershey’s chocolate bar
- 3, 6 ounces, packages semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 jar Marshmallow Creme
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 large can evaporated milk plus 1/3 cup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 pound pecans, chopped
Recipe method:
- Shred chocolate bar and put into large bowl with chocolate chips and Marshmallow Creme. Set aside.
- Combine sugar, milk and salt in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly and let boil for 7 minutes. Clock exactly.
- Remove from heat and pour over chocolate in bowl. Mix well.
- Add pecans and vanilla extract.
- Spread into foil lined 13 x 9 inch baking pan and refrigerate.
