Creamy chocolate fudge recipe in the fudge category
Recipe ingredients:
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups sifted confectioners sugar
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Recipe method:
- Beat cheese until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Press into buttered 8 inch square pan.
- Chill 1 hour.
- Cut into squares.
