Diamond fudge
Diamond fudge recipe in the fudge category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1, 6 ounces, package semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar
Recipe method:
- Cook first 3 ingredients in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, just until mixture melts and is smooth.
- Remove from heat. Add confectioners sugar, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Chill until firm.
- Let stand about 10 minutes at room temperature before cutting into squares. Store in refrigerator.
