Fiesta fudge
Fiesta fudge recipe in the fudge category
Recipe ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1, 7 ounces, jar Marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup M & M’s plain or peanut candies
Recipe method:
- Combine sugar, butter or margarine, milk and salt in a heavy 3 quart saucepan.
- Bring to full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
- Continue boiling over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until melted.
- Add Marshmallow creme and vanilla extract. Beat until well blended.
- Fold in candies. Immediately spread into greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
- Cool at room temperature and cut into squares.
