Peanut butter apple fudge recipe in the fudge category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1, 6 ounces, package chocolate chips
- 1/2 jar marshmallow creme
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup apple cider
Recipe method:
- Combine first four ingredients in a bowl.
- Cook the sugar and cider over moderate heat to soft ball stage, 240 degrees F.
- Remove from heat and quickly add chocolate mixture.
- Stir until blended.
- Pour into a 9 inch buttered pan.
- Cool and cut into squares.
