Chocolate rum raisin ice cream
Chocolate rum raisin ice cream recipe in the ice cream category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate covered raisins
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon rum flavoring
Recipe method:
- In small saucepan over medium heat, combine cream and chocolate covered raisins.
- Stir until chocolate has melted.
- Remove from heat.
- Whisk in milk, egg and flavoring. Chill.
- Freeze according to manufacturer directions.
