Recipe ingredients:
- 5 teaspoons coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon green cardamon pods
Recipe method:
- Toast coriander and cumin seeds for 3 to 5 minutes
- Combine with other ingredients and grind in mortar/pestle.
- Store in a bottle for up to 6 months.
- This is a great spice mixture.
