 Baked custard recipe in the low carb category

 Recipe ingredients:

  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 12 Splenda packets
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 Recipe method:

  • Stir all ingredients together until well mixed.
  • Place in a glass baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • Place baking dish in a shallow pan of water and bake at 325 degrees F for one hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
