Coriander pepper chops
Coriander pepper chops recipe in the low carb category
Recipe ingredients:
- 4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Recipe method:
- Combine all ingredients in a self sealing bag.
- Seal bag and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Prepare medium hot coal bed.
- Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade and grill chops over direct heat for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once.
