Yogurt smothie recipe in the low carb category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Davinci syrup, any flavor
- 1/2 cup plain full fat yogurt
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 6 ice cubes
Recipe method:
- Blend all ingredients except the ice in your blender until smooth.
- Then add the ice and blend. It makes a sinful smoothie.
