Nachos
Nachos recipe in the mexican category
Recipe ingredients:
- 8 ounce bag tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1/2 cup cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup jalapeno peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cup jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup salsa
Recipe method:
- Preheat oven 400 F.
- In 9″ baking dish, spread an even layer of chips.
- Pour cheese sauce and beans evenly over chips.
- Sprinkle with jalapenos, olives, onions and tomatoes.
- Top with cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Garnish with scallions.
- Serve with sour cream, guacamole and salsa.
