Creamy fettucine alfredo recipe
Recipe ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 ounces fettuccine, cooked and drained
Recipe method:
- In large saucepan, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, margarine or butter and milk.
- Stir over low heat until smooth.
- Add fettuccine.
- Toss lightly.
