Pumpkin ice cream pie recipe in the pie category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 3/4 cup pumpkin
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 graham cracker crust
Recipe method:
- Combine the ice cream, pumpkin, honey, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves.
- Pour into the graham cracker crust.
- Freeze until serving time.
- Serve with whipped cream.
