Raspberry crumble


 Raspberry crumble recipe in the pie category

 Recipe ingredients:

  • 2 cups crushed raspberries
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup all−purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • Pinch of salt

 Recipe method:

  • Sprinkle berries with half of the sugar.
  • Add lemon juice and stir well.
  • Place in a buttered baking dish.
  • Blend butter and remaining sugar, flour and salt.
  • Cover berries with this mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
