Raspberry crumble
Raspberry crumble recipe in the pie category
Recipe ingredients:
- 2 cups crushed raspberries
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup all−purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
Recipe method:
- Sprinkle berries with half of the sugar.
- Add lemon juice and stir well.
- Place in a buttered baking dish.
- Blend butter and remaining sugar, flour and salt.
- Cover berries with this mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
