Rice Krispies pie crust recipe in the pie category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1 cup rice Krispies, rolled
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Recipe method:
- Mix all together and press into a 9 inch pie pan.
- Bake for 6 to 8 minutes at 425 degrees F.
- Let the crust cool and then chill in refrigerator before filling.
- This is a good crust for ice cream pies.
