Zucchini pie
Zucchini pie recipe in the pie category
Recipe ingredients:
- 4 cups thinly sliced zucchini
- 1 cup thinly sliced onion
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Recipe method:
- Saute zucchini and onion in butter.
- Add herbs and mix well.
- Spread in pie plate.
- Mix together eggs and cheese.
- Pour over zucchini.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees F or until set.
