Pesto sauce
Pesto sauce recipe in the pizza category
Recipe ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup pine nuts or walnuts
- 1/4 cup romano cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper
Recipe method:
- In a food processor or blender add basil, garlic, olive oil, nuts and romano cheese.
- Blend until smooth add salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate. Stays fresh up to 2 weeks.
